Shipping & Processing

We ship via commone LTL  carrier.and other ground servics that fit the specific shipping needs.  Our freight rate is not marked up and you are billed the exact freight as quoted by a  carrier.

You MUST inspect all lanterns and items when they are delivered. The driver will wait for this inspection and will sign off on any physical damage noticed about the shipping container.

Additionally, if you cannot do so at that time,  you should sign the delivery receipt "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" AND YOU MUST EXAMINE THE CONTENTS FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS AND REPORT SAME TO US OR NO CLAIM CAN BE ACCEPTED.
